Dr. Crew's fitness studio is a one-on-one training facility designed for functional fitness and strength training.
He utilizes a mindfulness approach in training so that each exercise is "meditation in motion".
The fitness studio is available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM until 11 AM, and 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Fridays. The sessions are either 30, 45 or 60 minutes and are by private appointment only.
